A few plain-English notes on texting with Pal.

FREE BETA · UPDATED OCTOBER 17, 2026

You start the conversation.

Pallet.Club is a free beta for US Pokémon collectors. Connecting your number prepares your conversation with Pal; you send the first message. Saving Pal’s contact or opening an invitation does not turn on alerts. No payment details or automatic paid conversion.

Your collection. Your choices.

We use the details you share to connect you, answer questions and remember your collecting preferences. This includes your phone number, requested watches, price limits, saved goals, game progress and delivery records. Recent conversation details help Pal understand follow-ups. Photos you text Pal are read once by an AI service to identify cards and are not kept. We do not read your contacts or collect retailer passwords or payment cards.

What Pal remembers, and how to erase it.

Pal keeps a small Collector Profile (the name you like to be called, your favorite Pokémon, what you’re chasing, your hobby goals, how you collect) and short notes from your conversations, so it can help without you repeating yourself. After a conversation goes quiet, an AI service reads it once to update those notes. Conversation transcripts are kept for up to 30 days so the small Pallet.Club team can review how Pal is doing and fix mistakes, then deleted. Pal never keeps your age, school, address, contact or payment details. Text WHAT DO YOU REMEMBER to see it all, FORGET + a word to remove something, or FORGET EVERYTHING to erase the profile, notes, conversation summaries and transcripts. Cards you add with HAVE stay in your binder until you REMOVE them. Pal is for collectors 13 and older.

Updates you ask for.

Drop alerts, daily updates, game reminders and reports are optional. Text HELP for choices, DAILY OFF to stop daily updates, GAMES OFF to stop game reminders or ALERTS OFF to pause national drop notices. STOP stops all texts and erases Pal’s memory of you (profile, notes, conversation summaries and transcripts); saved watches, goals and your binder remain. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

What is shared.

Our messaging, hosting and AI service providers process the information needed to connect and answer you. Card lookups share card details with information services. We do not sell your data. Public game boards and shared pull results use your chosen Pal name or member number, never your phone number. Text PULLS PRIVATE to keep future pulls off community boards. Feedback you submit may include recent conversation context so our team can help.

The Daily Binder game.

The Daily Binder at pallet.club/play needs no account or phone number. Your progress, stats and nickname stay in your browser. A finished page is sent with a random browser ID so we can show the day’s stats; crew boards show the nickname you choose only to people who have that crew’s link. Card images load from TCGplayer’s image server. Game results are kept up to 120 days.

What stays on file.

Temporary conversation context expires; saved collection choices, game progress and essential account and delivery records stay while you use the beta. A short-lived essential cookie lets you finish connecting in this browser. Signup does not enroll you in marketing email. The separate guide form explains its email and download choices when you use it.

Questions or changes?

Text HELP to Pal for controls, or FEEDBACK followed by your question or data request for the team. STOP stops messages; it is not a full account-deletion request. Data export and deletion requests currently need team review. Pallet.Club is an independent collector service and is not affiliated with Pokémon or retailers.
